The PCDS celebrated its 30th Anniversary this March in London with a very special two-day dermatology event. Our membership has never been so strong as we look to the future.

Established to provide better dermatology education for GPs, we now welcome all members of primary healthcare teams, providing a range of resources and educational events to promote better patient care.

One aspiration has been the development of an app to provide a quick pocket reference for busy clinicians – our new app was launched at the event and is now available free of charge for everyone.

As a charity, the work developing app content has been carried out on a voluntary basis by the executive committee, with funding made possible through our sponsors. The PCDS was introduced to PIOTA, the app provider, whose team has been first class in helping us bring the app to the mainstream.
