Clinical triage and patient-supplied images – enough to make a confdent diagnosis?

As primary care continues to battle the ever-increasing workload of e-consultations, triage systems (such as Accurx) and patient demand for face-to-face appointments (often where there is no clinical merit), we are always looking for ways to save precious time. So what can we do to minimise the risk and help save time?
