What are your preferred options for treating atopic dermatitis?

My preferred options for treating atopic dermatitis are related to the personal wish list of the patient and the patient's situation, the age and many other factors. But still, until now, I prefered to use biologics – targeted treatments – because of the better benefit-risk ratio in comparison to the JAK inhibitors.
